Human Resources Assistant
Mi-T-M is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resource team located in Peosta, Iowa.
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to one or more human resource functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, equal employment opportunities, and/or employee records.

What Success Looks Like:
Provides clerical support to the HR Department Assists with the delivery of HR solutions around talent, benefits, employee relations, and recruitment.
Performs periodic audits to ensure the company and HR department are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
A resource to all employees for questions and concerns.
Your Credentials:
Minimum of a High School Diploma.
An Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in HR or Internships.
Prior office-related experience is preferred.
