MercyOne Des Moines is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner to join our Gastroenterology team as a Nocturnist at the MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience as an acute care Nurse PractitionerActive NP license and certification requiredBLS/ACLS requiredThe MercyOne Gastroenterology Department is composed of GI Hospitalists (Physicians and Nurse Practitioners) as well as clinic based Physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
The Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner will be on site for three 12 hour shifts per week.
On site coverage will be consecutive but may rotate.
The GI Hospitalist will be available by phone and on site during an emergency consult.
MercyOne offers a competitive compensation package including a $25,000 sign on bonus and shift differential.
